Vacation Planning Made Simple 

Planning a vacation involves a lot of moving pieces. My job is to make the process easier by guiding you from your first idea through the details of your trip. Here’s what you can expect when you plan with Sugar’s Adventures Travel. 

Tell Me About Your Trip 

Start by completing my vacation inquiry form and telling me about the trip you’re dreaming of—where you’d like to go, your travel dates, who’s traveling, your budget, and what matters most to you. 

Professional Planning & Design Fee 

Before I begin researching and designing your vacation, a $150 non-refundable Professional Planning & Design Fee is required. If you book your trip with Sugar’s Adventures Travel, $50 of that fee will be credited toward your booking. 

Research & Vacation Design 

Once your planning fee is received, I’ll begin researching the options that best match your travel dates, preferences, priorities, and budget. I’ll use those details to design vacation options specifically for your trip. 

Your Vacation Options 

I’ll present the vacation options I’ve researched for you and walk you through the details, pricing, and important differences. We can discuss any questions or adjustments so you feel confident about the vacation you choose. 

Book Your Vacation 

Once you’ve chosen the vacation that feels right, I’ll take care of the booking details and help guide you through deposits, payment deadlines, travel protection options, and other important information for your reservation. 

Support Before, During & After Travel 

My support doesn’t end once your vacation is booked. I’ll help you stay on top of important details and deadlines before departure, be a resource if questions or unexpected situations arise during your trip, and follow up with you after you return home.
